The policy
- Full refund of the purchase price, within 30 days counted from your purchase date.
- Email [email protected] with your order id (it is in the Stripe receipt you received after buying).
- No questions asked — you do not need to explain why. Your reason is welcome if you want to share it, but it is optional.
How to request
- Find your
order idin the Stripe receipt emailed to you after purchase. - Send it to [email protected] — a subject line like
Refundis fine. - The refund is issued in Stripe, back to your original payment method.
- Your bank usually shows the money within 5–10 business days, depending on the card issuer.
About payments
Checkout is processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe — this site does not see or store card numbers. The refund is returned through the same Stripe payment, so the money ends up on the card you paid with.
One order id covers one order: the refund is the full amount you paid for that order.
